 Third, if your cheese is packaged in plastic containers, you are recommended not keep your cheese for a long time or buy a lot of this type of packaging.

Though, the packaging of cheese in plastic containers reduces the price of the cheese, after a while, the quality of the cheese decreases. The main factor is the passage of light through the cheese can and the effect on the product.

  1. Storage of unpacked Lighvan cheese

The requirements for storing unpackaged cheese are as follows:

Under no circumstances, the cheese should be stayed out of the brine for more than a few hours. Make brine and put your cheese in it. Due to the lower density of cheese compared to brine, cheeses are suspended in salt water. You can place a clean plate or weight on the cheese to hold the slices the cheese under the brine.

Secondly, never use aluminum containers to store Lighvan cheese. Brine dissolves the aluminum and the dishes are damaged and the health of the consumer is affected. The best container is steel utensils.
